thoughtbot has worked fully remote since 2020. Every year, we have an internal post where folks can share their workspace. It’s always lovely to see what’s on the other side of somebody’s webcam. The thread always sparks questions about each other’s setups. (There are also accusations of folks tidying their desks for the photos!)
